I cannot say enough good things about Mischelle and Primo Travel Services. I would give 10 stars if available!! Whether you need every detail planned to include air, accommodations and excursions, or just help finding a resort or property, Mischelle knows the travel world and will settle for nothing less than the best for you and your family. She personally assures you are 100% satisfied - I have even called her mid-trip with a last minute change and she has gone above and beyond to help me. I have utilized Primo for many years and am grateful for the service!

Mischelle was incredibly helpful planning our European vacation! It was a long trip for 10 people with stops in 4 countries. There were soooo many details!!All of our private transportation arrangements went off without a hitch. The recommendations for excursions were spot on. Our hotels were amazing. She was very familiar with all of the places we were going. She was also available all throughout the trip to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a detailed trip!

Mischelle and Primo Travel have booked 2 amazing international vacations for my daughter and I. She is amazing at selecting our hotels, and premier tours. We have top notch transportation and the most excellent personal tour guides. Our las T 25 day Tour of Italy was pure perfection! We can not wait for our next adventure! When we told Mischelle want we wanted, and our budget - she knew exactly what to offer us. We put our total trust in her and we had THE BEST vacation / anniversary / belated honeymoon we could’ve ever hoped for. Before booking our trip we didn’t realize just how valuable the planning and experience of a travel agent can enhance a trip, and mitigate headaches and travel anxiety. She thought of everything. Mischelle Arbelaez recently booked my trip to Barcelona, Spain and took care of every detail from flights, airport transfers, hotels and excursions. She was knowledgeable of the area and reachable during my trip for last minute changes and questions, and was always responsive and helpful. Oh my goodness, where to start. Our two weeks in Italy was an absolute dream come true! We got to go to 6 destinations in 16 days…sounds daunting, but Mischelle put an itinerary together that included all the pickups/transfers/train tickets that made it SO EASY. So easy that my husband and I spent zero percent of our trip bickering about logistics which is a small miracle. Seriously. And the tour guides! They were all fantastic! Not only were they knowledgeable, but so kind and generous with their time as well. We had marvelous, private tours of The Vatican, Ufizzi Gallery, and a delicious food tour on Florence, but my favorite was Pompeii. It was incredible and our guide, Eugenio, was the absolute BEST! He was talking about retiring soon, so if you have the chance, go see him! We can’t wait to plan another adventure with Mischelle. Japan is next on our list!

Mischelle did an awesome job creating the perfect vacation! The resort was amazing and we appreciate the reservations she made for dinner before we got there. We loved the swim up room with her recommendation and the airport transfer was great also! We have worked with Primo Travel for many years and our vacations have been perfect!
